Feeding Instructions

Everything you need to know about serving, transitioning, and feeding your pet

1

Storage & Freshness

Our meals are carefully prepared and stored frozen, staying fresh for up to 6 months from the production date.

2

Defrosting

Defrost meals in the refrigerator for 12 hours before serving. Do not heat or re-freeze after defrosting.

3

Check Daily Portion

Check your pet's daily portion based on their weight and age (see Feeding Guide below).

4

Measure & Divide

Measure the right amount by weight or by pouch.
Adults: Divide daily amount into 2 meals per day.
Puppies & Kittens: Divide into 3–5 meals per day.

5

Temperature

Allow food to reach room temperature by waiting 5 minutes or adding a small amount of lukewarm water.

6

Serve & Store

Serve and refrigerate any unused portion. Consume within 3 days of defrosting.

To help your pet adjust comfortably, introduce our meals gradually over 10 days.
